Welcome — these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Disney Vacation Club. By booking or using any of our services you accept and agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings, Fees & Payment
All bookings must be made through our official channels and are subject to availability.
Booking charges, deposits and fees must be paid using the accepted payment methods on our site. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
Where a refundable deposit is offered as part of a specific product, the terms for such refunds will be set out at the time of booking and processed according to our refund timeline.
3. Availability & Seasonality
Packages, hotels, room types and dates may be restricted by season, membership tier or supplier rules. We will always use reasonable efforts to provide the confirmed accommodation and services but availability can change due to supplier constraints.
4. Identification & Documentation
All bookings requiring identity verification must be accompanied by acceptable proof of identity and address. Failure to provide requested documents may delay issuance of travel vouchers or confirmation and could result in cancellation.
5. Vouchers & Use
Travel vouchers or confirmation documents will be issued only after full payment (and any necessary verification) is received. Vouchers are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise allowed in the product terms.
6. Taxes & Government Levies
Unless stated otherwise, applicable taxes, government levies, fees and surcharges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. We will indicate any taxes at the time of booking where possible.
7. Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
Cancellation and modification rules vary by product and supplier. Please check the product’s cancellation policy at booking.
Where a booking is non-refundable, no refund will be provided for cancellations by the customer.
If refunds are due (per the applicable product terms), refunds will be processed within a reasonable number of working days from approval. Processing may take longer for certain payment methods or banks.
8. Third-party Suppliers & Services
We may partner with hotels, transport providers, guides or other third parties to deliver services. Those suppliers’ terms and local rules also apply. We act as an agent or intermediary for most third-party services and are not liable for their independent acts or omissions except where required by law.
9. Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss, damage or injury arising out of our services is limited to direct damages and does not include indirect, incidental or consequential losses. You must take reasonable care of your property and follow supplier rules while using services.
10. Unlawful Use & Conduct
Customers must not use our services for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings or take legal action where bookings are fraudulent or used for illegal activity.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government measures, pandemics, war, supplier failures, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances we will try to offer alternatives where possible.
12. Data, Privacy & Communications
We will use and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to receiving booking-related communications, and may receive marketing messages if you opt in. You may update your contact details on file to keep records current.
13. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact our customer care team. We will try to resolve issues amicably.
14. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes not resolved through our customer care may be referred to arbitration or to the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
15. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
